Our retail stores are now open!
We have put all necessary safety measures in place.
Our retail store opening ours are as follows:
Monday to Saturday - 10am to 5pm
Sunday - 11am to 5pm
Our online store will remain open. We are a very small team operating from our website office and so we have been able to implement strict hygiene routines in order to keep both the small team working here safe as well as ensuring all of our products will be delivered safely. Our couriers, Royal Mail, are implementing their own precautions which you can read about here: Royal Mail Coronavirus
In order to make things easier during this time we have extended our returns period to 90 days. Please do not return store bought items to our online purchases returns address. If you need to get in contact with us while we are closed please do get in touch via the contact page on our website.
Shipping and Returns
During the Covid-19 lock down, we will dispatching orders 3 times a week. Please see details below
During the Covid-19 lock down, we should still be fulfilling our normal 1-3 working day delivery estimates. One change that we that we have had to make is we will be dispatching orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders made between Friday at 12pm and Monday at 12pm will be dispatched on Monday. Orders made between Monday at 12pm and Wednesday at 12pm will be dispatched on Wednesday. Orders made between Wednesday at 12pm and Friday at 12pm will be dispatched on Friday.
Deliveries via Royal Mail can be delivered on Mondays to Saturdays.

Returns , Exchanges and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unworn or faulty jewellery when returned within 30 days of delivery. If you have ordered a ring and find that it isn't quite the right size, please feel free to get in touch and we will happily exchange it for the correct size if we can locate it!
Whilst it is not necessary, we recommend sending returns via recorded delivery.
We do not offer free returns. If your item is faulty, please do contact us and we will arrange to send out a prepaid envelope for you to return/ exchange your item.
Returning Body jewellery and pierced items:
We are unable to accept returns of body jewellery and pierced items such as earrings, studs and hoops due to hygiene reasons.
Returning orders by post or instore
To return/ exchange your order to us via the post: On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, you will find our returns information and returns address. Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund.
To return/ exchange your order to us via our stores: Please go into our store with your packaging slip and items that you wish to return. If receiving a refund, please make sure to provide the same card that made the purchase.
We do not offer free returns unless your item is faulty. If your item is faulty, please do contact us and we will arrange to send out a prepaid envelope for you to return/ exchange your item. We cannot refund the delivery cost for faulty returns, so please do make sure to contact us first so that we can send out a prepaid envelope.
Please allow 10 working days for us to process refunds.
